- Turn on "Hardware Acceleration" in your Chrome settings
- Turn off "Automatic Graphics Switching" in your computer settings
If neither of the above works, run this report and send our team a screenshot so we can assist in diagnosing.
In the meantime, it would likely help to find another computer to take the assessment with until we figure out this issue.
In this case, your ping is not sufficient to take the assessment without experiencing technical issues. If you are attempting to take the assessment in the United States, please try a different internet connection. If you are outside of the United States, we recommend requesting an extension after you have returned to the United States.
