- If you are unable to complete the second task or receiving an error message, try closing the assessment and re-accessing via your original email link
- If you are encountering performance issues and the assessment is lagging, make sure your hardware acceleration is turned on in Chrome
If neither of those steps resolve your issue (or you have an issue not described above) please submit a ticket or email us at assessment-support@roblox.com with the following:
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
- Details on your device and version of Chrome you are using to access the assessment
We take production issues and access to the assessment very seriously, so once you reach out a member of our team will reply within 4 business hours and assist. Your final assessment score will not be affected by any technical issues you encounter during the assessment.
