After we have reviewed your application for basic eligibility and verified your email, we will send you a link to complete any assessments assigned to your role.*
*Note: This process is for engineering roles. For non-engineering internship roles, recruiters will review each application and move your application forward if you are a fit for the role*
Online Assessments
Our problem-based assessments will replace screening interviews and provide us additional unbiased data points to consider as part of your application.
Resume and Assessment Review
Once you complete both assessments, the team will carefully review your results and application, and if there is alignment between Roblox’s needs and your abilities, we will contact you to set up a day of interviews with one of our teams.

Final Decisions
Your recruiter will assemble your candidate packet, which includes your resume, hiring manager summary, and feedback from your interviewers, and then hand it off to our hiring committee for a final review. The hiring committee is comprised of senior leaders from across our engineering organization, each of whom will lend their unique perspective to ensure every person we hire will be able to be successful at Roblox.
